As the Day-of Wedding Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including ceremony and reception logistics, vendor coordination, and guest management, ensuring a flawless event experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the couple and vendors on the wedding day

  • Oversee all wedding day activities, including ceremony and reception timelines

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of services (caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, etc.)

  • Manage the wedding rehearsal, ensuring everyone understands their roles and the timeline

  • Set up and organize the ceremony and reception areas, including décor, seating arrangements, and table settings

  • Troubleshoot any issues or last-minute changes with poise and efficiency

  • Ensure the bridal party is in place and the ceremony runs on time

  • Direct and manage the flow of the event, including speeches, dinner service, cake cutting, and other activities

  • Communicate with catering and serving staff to ensure smooth service transitions

  • Assist with guest needs and handle any special requests or concerns

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all involved parties throughout the day

  • Experience in event planning, wedding coordination, or hospitality preferred
