What You’ll Do

Morningside Inn is family-owned event venue which hosts stress-free all-inclusive weddings, parties, meetings, and banquets.

Morningside Inn is seeking friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests at weddings and special events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a high level of service throughout the event.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set up banquet tables and service areas according to event specifications

  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner

  • Refill drinks, clear tables, and attend to guests' needs during the event

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas

  • Assist with event breakdown and cleaning at the end of the event

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

  • Provide a positive and memorable guest experience, maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude

  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Our Perfect Candidate

  • Prior experience in a hospitality or banquet environment is a plus, but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional and courteous

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
